    Once you sign up, you'll be assigned a Home Manager.

    Whenever you need anything in your home fixed or upgraded just text your Home Manager with your request and they will starting building your quote immediately.

    After you approve your quote, we will find a time for both you and our vetted trade professionals to complete the job.

    When you're happy with the quality of the work, you will receive and invoice from Homigo.

    Every Home Manager is a highly-trained, carefully-vetted, and handpicked professional. Less than 2% of applicants are accepted into Homigo’s hospitality training program.

    Each home manager has graduated from rigorous training on the complexity of home maintenance, repair, managing trade professionals, trust, safety and communication to deliver the top standard of service to you and other homeowners.

    Once you sign up, you'll be assigned a Home Manager.

  • How do I get a quote?

    How do I get a quote?

    After you've made a request with your Home Manager, they will clarify your request by asking you questions so they can accurately build your quote.

    Being specific with what you need, where it is located in your home and providing any urgency helps your Home Manager deliver your quotes faster.

  • How does pricing work?

    You will receive quotes that include both goods and services.

    Goods
    Homigo has partnerships with manufacturers & wholesalers to provide you discounted pricing on all goods (appliances, devices, fixtures etc.). Homigo does not markup on the cost of these goods.

    Services
    For all home services completed by Homigo's vetted trade professionals, there is a convenience markup between 10%–25%.

    Fair
    Our markup is variable because we know that not all jobs are created equal and larger jobs can be expensive—our values are not in being opportunistic with your requests. We make sure only necessary work gets done and that all work is done at a fair price.

    Volume Discounts
    We serve as your advocate. Since we have well established relationships with our service trade professionals, we negotiate lower prices.

    Expert Advantage
    We know homes, what they need, and how much repairs should cost. We therefore have a level playing field with our service trade professionals professionals and make sure you are never overcharged.

    Where does it go?
    This markup pays for time spent on your requests & the training of your Home Manager. We believe it's important to consistently educate our Home Managers on the complexity of home maintenance, repair, managing trade professionals, trust, safety and communication to deliver the top standard of service to you and other homeowners.

    Excellence
    As our promise to maintaining the best experience, communication and quality of work, we will not compete on price. We understand we may not be as cheap an option as your local shop for this reason.

    Sometimes, due to factors beyond our control, no services being available in your area, or human error on our end, we may not be able to get you what you want.

    If this happens, we will apologize and immediately search for the best path forward. This often means hunting for the most relevant alternative as a replacement.

    If at any point you want to cancel a request, just text your home manager that you would like to cancel and you will not be billed for any further work.

    We believe in a simple process in to making this a successful relationship.

    If you're not happy due to reasonable concerns, we'll make things right.

    Reasonable Concerns

    • Trade professionals have not finished work to the defined scope on the approved quote
    • Trade professionals have left your home in a less presentable condition than when they arrived (unless the job must be continued over multiple visits)
    • Trade profesionals have left the job site without checking in with you to ensure completion

    From time to time, complex jobs carried out by humans have complications. This is the nature of our work as we learn and uncover new information throughout the process of fulfilling your requests. We pride ourselves in communicating, triaging and managing complications to our mutual benefit. We believe it's fair that your Home Manager and the trade professionals that complete your jobs will be treated with empathy, understanding and respect as they will happily do so for you.

    Reasonable Complications
    • Trade professionals are within 30 minutes of scheduled start time
    • Trade professionals will not complete extra work that has not been clearly defined on the approved quote
    • Trade professionals have uncovered additional work that needs to be completed on another date due to the complexity of your unique home/situation

  • What are the credentials of Homigo's trades?

    Our trade professionals are licensed and insured as required in their particular fields by the appropriate government agencies.

  • How does Homigo access my home?

    How does Homigo access my home?

    Depending on the service requested, Homigo may require access to your home. Often during our first few interactions, a family member is at home during the service and we will schedule accordingly. After the first few interactions our customers have found that a Bluetooth lock such as the August makes in home services a breeze.
